Description : Barangay Bagumbayan through its Bid and Awards Committee (BAC) invites Contractors to bid for the above-mentioned project with the sum of THREE HUNDRED SIxTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php362, 500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CCTV WITH LICENSE PLATE RECOGNITION CAMERA AND METADATA RECORDER WITH ACCESSORIES.
1. Prospective bidders should have undertaken a similar project within five (5) years from the date of bidding and accredited.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding process using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from the given address and email above.
4. The Eligibility Statement and Screening Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA 9184 and its IRR.
