The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through Resolution No. 99 Series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php 70, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Decorticating Machine for Farmers Association under Contract No. SF Goods 2026-106. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
