Procurement of DBR Electricity 2027-2029 Creation of a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter: DBR) for the purchase and sale of electricity for the contracting authority within the framework of a full supply-based contract. Annual, for the purchase of quarterly and other longer or shorter term products. The contracting authority is expected to procure a maximum quantity of 80, 000, 000 kWh through a call for tenders, which is the amount of individual contracts to be awarded under the DBR system expected, planned maximum magnitude.
