Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF DATA LOGGER
1) The Environmental Management Bureau- National Capital Region (EMB-NCR), through the AQMF- Capital Outlay for the Fiscal Year 2025 Continuing Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Pesos (Php2, 181, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Data Logger. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Environmental Management Bureau- National Capital Region (EMB-NCR), now invites bids for the Procurement of Data Logger . The award shall be given to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) following the procedures under Sections 61 and 63 of the same IRR. Delivery of the Goods is required by 90 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
