Procurement of Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) with Environmental Monitoring System (EMS)
PR No. 2025-06-0210
1. The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through the 2025 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP5, 700, 000.00), which is the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) with Environmental Monitoring System (EMS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PMS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The delivery of goods/performance of service is provided under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
