Effective policy formulation and comprehensive planning development across local
government units (LGUs) require timely, accurate, and spatially referenced data. The Office
of Tourism Development Planning, Research, and Information Management (OTDPRIM) has
successfully developed a suite of specialized ArcGIS tools designed to streamline digital data
collection, processing, and analysis, thereby enhancing evidence-based decision-making in
the public sector. To ensure these technological advancements are systematically integrated and adopted
nationwide (mainstreamed), a comprehensive strategy and a validation phase are essential. This activity serves as the critical pilot implementation of the OTDPRIM-developed GIS
