Description : 1) The Armed Forces of the Philippines, through the General Appropriation Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of FIFTY-NINE MILLION NINETEEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 59, 019, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Cyber Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance System Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Note: In accordance with GPPB Circular Nr 01-2021 series of 2021 in conjunction with Section 48.3 of the IRR of RA Nr 12009 (procurements involving national security), Technical Specifications of the goods, Schedule of Requirements, and Test and Acceptance Procedures shall be disclosed only upon signing of the bidder of a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (attached under Section IX. Bid Forms in the Bidding Documents).
