I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Legal Division is re-configuring its floor space at 4/F Electra House, Makati, and requires a single modular cubicle set that will (a) safeguard confidential case files, (b) improve lawyer-staff collaboration, and (c) comply with ergonomic and data-privacy standards.
II. RATIONALE
The Legal Division handles privileged pleadings, documentary evidence, and draft rulings that require controlled access and a work environment conducive to focused legal analysis. Installing a single modular cubicle set with 1.5-meter-high frosted laminated-glass partitions will shield sensitive case files from casual view while still allowing natural light to permeate the workspace, thereby safeguarding confidentiality without compromising comfort. The design-s integrated cable raceway will keep documents and peripherals neatly organized, reducing retrieval time and improving overall efficiency.
