OSCE implements a capacity-building project for Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine on virtual assets and mitigation of risks of criminal misuse of virtual assets. One of the project deliverables is providing competent authorities of target jurisdictions with the software tools to investigate virtual assets, in particularly a cryptocurrencies tracing software. This Pre-qualification Notice is targeted towards software vendors with substantial capabilities, qualifications and experiences in the blockchain technology. The objective of this Pre-qualification Notice is to shortlist qualified Vendors, which will be then invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP).
