Tender Details

The city of Espoo and Espoo Asunnot Oy (later also the Client) are requesting offers for cost planning services for construction projects. Expert cost planning services cover all different types of construction and projects, both new and renovation construction projects and their combinations. Through this contract, if necessary, the customer also acquires life cycle costing, quantity calculation, sensitivity reviews, cost control and monitoring of the realization of cost goals, reports and procedures related to carrying out the cost-controlled design process, preparing a climate report, calculating carbon footprints and carbon handprints, as well as other cost reports required by the Customer. Based on the competition, 4 will be selected supplier to the framework arrangement in order of priority.
