Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of Corrective Maintenance and Servicing of Air Conditioning Units for Two (2) Years for the Ministry's Corporate Offices, the Mines and Geology Division (Mgd), the Island Traffic Authority (Ita) and its Depots Islandwide.

Scope of works: The specifications can be found in Section III of the Bid Documents. Services required will be packaged in Lots based on the location and may be amended through proposal submitted by bidder subsequent to assessment during site visits.

Availability: A complete set of Bid Documents in English will be available for download as at Tuesday, January 18. 2022 on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website www.gojep.gov.jm. Registration instructions will be available on the website listed on the system. Registration is required for vendors to participate in the Tender.

The closing date for the submission of Tenders is 2:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, February 8. 2022 and Tenders will be opened ONLINE ONLY on the same day at 2:15 p.m. EST.
