PROCUREMENT OF CORPORATE JACKET/BLAZER

1) The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, through the CY 2026 Corporate Operating Budget (COB) intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Three Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (₱11, 340, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract on the bidding for the Procurement of Corporate Jacket/Blazer under ID Number: JACKET-2026-03-GSA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation now invites bids for the Procurement of Corporate Jacket/Blazer. Delivery of the Goods is required within one hundred twenty (120) working days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years (October 12, 2021 - October 11, 2026) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
