Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF CORPORATE JACKET AND BLAZER
1. The Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U)- Iloilo City Campus, through FY 2026 - Fund 01, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP 1, 167, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Corporate Jacket and Blazer with Project Reference No. ISAT U GOODS-2026-04-018. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The ISAT U - Iloilo City Campus invites bids for the Procurement of Corporate Jacket and Blazer as specified in sections VI (Schedule of Requirements and VII (Technical Specifications) of the Bidding Documents. Delivery of Goods is required within Forty Five (45) Calendar days upon final approval of the submitted sample. Bidders should have completed at least within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the project.
