INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF COOKING EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS AND WARES FOR DOLE KASAMA PROGRAM
1. The Local Government Unit of Zumarraga, Samar, through the Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Five Pesos and 00/100 only (P762, 225.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Cooking Equipment, Utensils and Wares for DOLE KASAMA Program (2026-036 GOODS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Zumarraga, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for twenty (20) Calendar days. Bidders maybe new or should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
