The Satakunta welfare area is connected to NHG Finland Oy's comparison service for administration and support services. The service measures and compares the costs, productivity, personnel, satisfaction and other indicators of the administration and support services using the service's performance indicators. models, programs, comparison databases and other methods belonging to the supplier. The comparison is made with other welfare areas participating in the service, of which there are at least 5 in addition to the Satakunta welfare area at the start of the service. The service gives thus reliable and up-to-date comparative information on results and operating methods from similar units from other parts of Finland. The service's metrics are designed industry-specific, the calculation principles are made uniform and reliable for all participating units to make a comparison. The calculation of the metric is based on materials collected from several different information systems, and there are several materials for each participant. The service enables identifying the level of activity, focusing development work and the best sharing practices and monitoring the realization of development goals in a cost-effective way. NHG Finland Oy has been requested to offer the service from May 1, 2026 until further notice.
