The city of Espoo has launched the "Content production service procurement for resident and personnel media 2027" procurement and invites suppliers to a market dialogue. The subject of the procurement is the purchase of a content production service for resident and personnel media, i.e. Espoo city's resident newspaper Espoo-lehti and personnel media Espresso. The procurement is divided into two areas: 1. Regarding the residents' magazine, the subscriber acquires the so-called turnkey service package, which should include: delivery of articles, photography and videography, layout of the magazine, printing and distribution, and in addition multi-channel versioning of article contents.2. Personnel media Espress's content production service must include: delivery of articles, photography and videography, as well as multi-channel distribution of the content of the articles versioning. The purpose of the market dialogue is to map the market situation regarding procurement.
