Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
Procurement of Consumables for the Feeding Program for every Tarlaqueños
1) The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and 25/100 Only (Php 9, 999, 999.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract for the Procurement of Consumables for the Feeding Program for every Tarlaqueños. Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for Consumables. Delivery of the Goods is required ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
