Tenders are invited for Procurement of Consulting Services for the Port Royal Sustainable Master Plan Project.

the Urban Development Corporation (UK), by way of National Competitive Bidding, invites suitably qua lilted Consultants to submit proposals for the Procurement of Environmental Consulting Services for the Port Royal 2020 Sustainable Master Plan, Jamaica.
Scope of Service:
The Consultants/firms mil be required to undertake a Strategic Environmental Assessment |SfA) of the Sustainable Port Royal Concept Plan inclusive of a Carrying Capacity Assessment for the development area.
Eligibility Criteria:
Proof of Tax Compliance - A copy of ? ??? Compliance letter or valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
Proposals submitted without a valld TCC will be automatically rejected.
Collection of Bidding Document:
Bidding documents will be available as of Monday, September 16.2019 and can be collected Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, from:

Opening of Proposals wil be at 10:15 a.m. on the same day of the closing on the Ground Floor at the UDCs Office. Proposals submitted after this lime and date will be automatically rejected and disqualified.
Failure to purchase the Bid Documents from the UDC will result in ineligibility/non-responsiveness of that Bid from participating In the procurement process.
The UDC reserves the right not to accept the lowest, or any other proposal or to annul the hid process and reject all proposals at any time prior to the award without incurring any liability.
