The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), through its 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 (PhP9, 500, 000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes, fees, and incidental expenses, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Consulting Services for the Media Planning and Global Placement for Clark. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The BCDA now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for the Procurement of Consulting Services for the Media Planning and Global Placement for Clark.
