This is to invite your company to submit your best and final offer to the Department of Health (DOH) for the Procurement of Consulting Services for the Development of Online Training Course for the Manual for Medical Social Workers Sixth Edition under NP No. 2024-021 which is being undertaken by the Central Office Bids and Awards Committee (COBAC)-A using Negotiated Procurement through Two-Failed-Biddings Modality pursuant to Annex “H” (V)((D)(1) and Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.
