1. The LGU - Barangay Alincaoeg, Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Consulting Services for the Conduct of Subdivision Survey and Titling of Donated Lot for Barangay Hall/Plaza - Barangay Alincaoeg, Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
