B. Activities:
1. Field work validation and lot surveys;
2. Coordination meeting with LGU, Barangay and lot owners;
3. Formulation, digitization, upgrading and updating of tax map;
4. Conduct research of approved surveys relevant thereto;
5. Overlaying of Tax Map software output to the QGIS
6. Other activities necessary and incidental to the formulation and completion of said tax map.
IMPORTANT:
The bidder shall;
1. Provide statement of all its ongoing government contracts for tax mapping project with actual field work validations and lot surveys;
2. The Bidder must have completed, within the last two (2) years, a government Tax Mapping Project with actual field validation and lot survey activities, with a contract value equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).;
