1. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 230, 500.00), inclusive of all applicable government taxes and charges, professional fees, and other incidental and administrative costs, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte Quality Management System Certification of ISO 9001:2015 Standard. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial Proposals.
