A. GENERAL SCOPE OF SERVICE AND TERMS OF REFERENCE:
The Service Provider at its own expense, supplying the necessary labor, supervision and management to fully undertake the ISO 9001:2015 1st Surveillance Audit. The services shall include the following:
1. Technical Audit Management: Full coordination with the Certification Body for the scheduling, deployment of auditors, and execution of the ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit.
2. Logistics & Travel Provision: Provision of all-inclusive travel requirements for the external auditors, including round-trip airfare, local land transfers, and full board and lodging for the duration of the audit.
3. Pre-Audit Documentation Support: Facilitation and technical review of audit-related documentation to ensure all records are compliant prior to submission to the Certification Body.
4. Process Facilitation: Technical assistance to the four (4) certified offices to ensure all operational workflows meet the ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
