3. Comparative evaluation matrix for the technical options, and the recommended most feasible/doable schemes for wastewater and sewage/septage management.
4. Preliminary engineering design for a proposed Project covering the improvement of wastewater and sewage/septage management within the river basin ares, including Minimum Performance Standards and Specifications (MPSS) for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Project.
5. Estimated capital and operating costs of the recommended schemes (by LGU/service provider or group thereof) for the Project.
