General part Goods and services Undertaking IT Direct procurement Procurement of procurement consultants for the Procurement Unit in Västervik. The procurement unit makes procurements for the municipalities of Högsby, Hultsfred, Mönsterås, Oskarshamn, Vimmerby and Västervik and municipal companies. The purpose of the procurement is to connect Suppliers who can offer qualified procurement consultants to Västervik municipality's procurement unit, as a complement to the procurement unit's own procurement operations. This procurement shall ensure that Västervik municipality's procurement unit's needs for procurement consultants are covered. The procurement consultants will carry out procurements within all procurement procedures. The need arises in case of high workload/vacancies at the procurement unit. The consultant must carry out procurements independently and together with the customer/customer group. The work includes, among other things, the production of procurement documents, advertising, evaluation and allocation as well as advice and training. This procurement refers to framework agreement regarding procurement consulting services. The supplier is not guaranteed any volumes.
