Salo City's Facilities Services (hereafter procurement entity/customer) requests bids for hourly fee-based construction technical work related to the maintenance of facilities managed by the City of Salo, the request for bids and the documents attached to it according to the contract period 1 July 2026 (target) - 30 June 2028. In addition, the subscriber reserves the option for two one-year option periods. The option refers to the possibility of extending the contract under the original conditions. The subscriber decides to use the option and duration separately. The procurement will be carried out as a framework arrangement, the operating model of which is described in the Contract Procedure section of the request for tenders. The content and quantity of the works to be ordered are not known in advance, and the Customer does not commit to certain procurement quantities during the contract period. As a rule, the tasks consist of alteration and repair work on city properties (e.g. various structural, surface, facade and other construction and installation works) and asbestos demolition work in accordance with this call for tenders and its conditions in accordance with. The sites are located in the area of the city of Salo, and the procurement applies to the entire city of Salo. The procurement is divided into five sub-areas and the bidder can submit a bid in either one or more sub-areas.
