Procurement is divided into two areas: Section 1 "Construction technical maintenance and repair services for swimming pools", four (4) will be selected supplier to the framework arrangement Section 2 "Maintenance and repair services for steel pools", for which three (3) suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 of the request for tenders. "Description of the object of procurement". Anticipated procurement the total value without VAT is 3, 850, 000 euros. The value is distributed by purchasing unit as follows: City of Espoo: 2, 520, 000 euros Kiinteistö Oy Matinkylä Swimming pool: 1, 100, 000 euros Weegee Oy: 230, 000 euros VOLUNTARY VISIT: Procurement unit organizes voluntary familiarization visits to Espoo's swimming pools for Bidders. The technical facilities of the swimming halls, pools, changing rooms, showers, and saunas are presented during the familiarization visits. A familiarization visit is not a prerequisite for submitting an offer.
