1) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the budget for the contract approved
by the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends
to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Nine Thousand Four Hundred
Nineteen Pesos Only (P 1, 509, 419.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for all lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for
each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management
Unit, now invites bids for Procurement of Construction Supplies for Slope
Protection for Use of Provincial Engineer's Office- PMD II. Delivery of the Goods is
required within 30 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have
