1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through its Appropriation Ordinance No. 4, s. 2025 (Annual Budget 2026) intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Ten Pesos Only (₱639, 010.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR SCHOOL FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT PROJECT UNDER PB(G) PR NO. CONSO-26-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
