1.Barangay Malasin, Maconacon, Isabela, through the 2026 Economic Development fund intends to apply the sum of Php 345, 541.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract(ABC) to payment under the contract for the procurement of construction Materials and supplies for Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Hall of Malasin(Phase 3). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.Barangay Malasin, Maconacon, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement of goods. Completion of the works is required within 14 days upon issuance of purchase order.
3.Bidding will be conducted through submission of final and best offer procedures and using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No.9184
