INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Construction Materials for the Quarterly Maintenance of Existing Public Buildings
1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF SANTA MARCELA, through the GENERAL FUND 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Seven and 30/100 (Php 256, 957.30) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Construction Materials for the Quarterly Maintenance of Existing Public Buildings. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF SANTA MARCELA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by ten (10) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
