1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUTAYA, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Eighty One Thousand Fifty Six and 60/100 pesos (1, 281, 056.60) being the Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the supply of construction materials for the POBALACION DRAINAGE project. Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The Municipal Government of Agutaya, Province of Palawan now invites eligible contractors to bid for the hereunder projects with an ABC of:
