1) The Municipality of Monkayo, Davao de Oro through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR PESOS AND 61/100 (₱ 557, 454.61) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR MEMORIAL PARK DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF INFRA ASSETS FOR ENERGIZATION OF WATER SYSTEM FACILITIES/ PB-2026-143. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
