PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF EVACUATION CENTER (KITCHEN)
1) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the MDRRM Funds intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty One Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos & 50/100 (Php381, 588.50) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of Construction Materials for the Improvement of Evacuation Center (Kitchen) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot.
2) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, now invites bids for Procurement of Construction Materials for the Improvement of Evacuation Center (Kitchen), Sumilao, Bukidnon using the mode of Procurement under Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Delivery of the Goods is required 15 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
