1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Kisolon, through the Supplemental Budget intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php500, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of Construction Materials for the Construction of Toilet Facility at Public Cemetery with ITB No.2026-07-056 or contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Kisolon, now invites bids for Procurement of Construction Materials for the Construction of Toilet Facility at Public Cemetery, using the Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
