PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL TEEN CENTER
1) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the LDF-BDP, 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirteen Thousand One Hundred Ninety Two Pesos & 50/100 (Php513, 192.50) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of Construction Materials for Construction of Municipal Teen Center at Sumilao, Bukidnon or under the contract for this lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, now invites bids for the Procurement of Construction Materials for Construction of Municipal Teen Center using the Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
