1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Poblacion, through the 20% LDF intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand Thirty Nine Pesos & 17/100 (Php557, 039.17) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of Construction Materials for Construction of 5.50 x 8.00m Lounge at Poblacion under the contract for this lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Poblacion, now invites bids for the Procurement of Construction Materials for Construction of 5.50 x 8.00m Lounge at Poblacion using the Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
