PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR BURIAL STRUCTURE ASSISTANCE
1) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the Supplemental Budget intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (Php998, 325.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of Construction Materials for Burial Structure Assistance at Sumilao, Bukidnon or under the contract for this lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, now invites bids for the Procurement of Construction Materials for Burial Structure Assistance using the Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
