PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AGRI-STORAGE FACILITY

1. The Local Government Unit of Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental, through the 20% LOCAL GOVERNMENT DEVELOPMENT FUND CY 2022 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY-SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT PESOS ( P 246, 738.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AGRI-STORAGE FACILITY which will be implemented by administration. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Sta.
