PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT FOR ENGINEERING USE
The City Government of Lamitan, through the Office of the City Engineering under OPPE-Continuing 2025 intends to apply the sum of PHILIPPINE PESO: ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (Php1, 548, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT FOR ENGINEERING USE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The City Government of Lamitan through the Office of the City Engineering under OPPE-Continuing 2025 intends to apply the following ABC per item to payments under the Contract or each item, to wit:
