The Barangay Algeciras thru the MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUTAYA, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Thousand and 52/100 pesos (PhP 3, 900, 000.52) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Construction of 3 CL School Building Project ay Algeciras National High School . Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Algeciras thru the Municipal Government of Agutaya, Province of Palawan now invites eligible contractors to bid for the hereunder projects with an ABC of:
