The subject of this public procurement procedure is the procurement of IT equipment (computers, laptops and monitors) through operational leasing in accordance with the technical specifications and other required conditions specified in this procurement documentation.
The Bidder is obliged to offer the Client exclusively technologically new and unused equipment.
The offeror is obliged to submit a special specification of the monthly leasing repayment plan (payment plan) with the offer.
A detailed description of the procurement item is defined in APPENDIX 2. Equipment specification and Cost sheet - APPENDIX 3. of this Procurement Documentation.
Procurement of computers through operational leasing - repeated procedure
The subject of this public procurement procedure is the procurement of IT equipment (computers, laptops and monitors) through operational leasing in accordance with the technical specifications and other required conditions specified in this procurement documentation.
The bidder is obliged to offer the Client exclusively technologically new and unused equipment.
The technical conditions and guarantees that must be met by the equipment are specified in APPENDIX 2 of this Procurement Documentation.
Type of operating leasing: Operating leasing with residual value, without guarantee.
The rest of the value determined by the bidder as a percentage of the total offered purchase value, excluding VAT, for the subject of procurement according to the technical specification of the subject of procurement in APPENDIX 2 of this Procurement Documentation.
Term for which operational leasing is requested: 60 months.
