1) The MUNICIPALITY of Capoocan, Leyte, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP935, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF COMPUTERS, PRINTERS, AND ICT PERIPHERALS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY of Capoocan, Leyte now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF COMPUTERS, PRINTERS, AND ICT PERIPHERALS using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid. Delivery of the Goods is required within FIFTEEN (15) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
