Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:1. The Tenderer shall submit the updated Trade license, VAT Registration Certificate and Income Tax Clearance Certificate and IRC certificate;2. Bank solvency certificate (Bank certificate/statement issued before the publication of this e-tender notice will not be accepted);3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit lines of the Tenderers shall be BDT 80.00 (Eighty) Lac and Document/Evidence for the above liquid assets/credit facilities shall be submitted with the tender.4. The Supplier should have manufacturer authorization certificate. (No third party manufacturer authorization is allowed)5. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least BDT 55.00 (Fifty Five ) Lac counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.6. The Supplier should quote the original tonner price. Counterfied toner/Compitable toner is not allowed.7. The winning bidder must submit Country of origin certificate (COC) and bill of entries during supplying of the goods.
