Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer must have:a) Photocopy of valid Trade Licenseb) Photocopy of Tax Payer's Identification Numberc) Photocopy of Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificated) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.e) Satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (One) contract valued at minimum Taka 30, 00, 000.00 (Taka Thirty lac Only) within the last 3 years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. Successful completion certificate from relevant procuring entity demonstrating the similar experience mentioning amount and duration of contract for supplying similar goods and providing related services will be acceptable as evidence of such experience. Notification of Award (NOA)/ Work Order/Contract document will not be acceptable as evidence of similar experience.f) Other requirements are mentioned in the Tender document.
