Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
1. PROJECT TITLE:
Comprehensive Maintenance Support and Services for the Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) System of the Bureau of the Treasury
2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project calls for the comprehensive maintenance support and services of the installed Managed IP-PABX Telephony System and Voice Logger Solution at the bureau.
3. AGENCY BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC): PHP 740, 000.00
Note: Inclusive of 12% VAT, installation, delivery cost and all other charges.
4. CONTRACT DURATION:
The winning CONTRACTOR shall provide Maintenance Service to the Bureau of the Treasury from September 1 to December 31, 2020.
