Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Valid Trade License.2. VAT/ BIN Registration Certificate.3. Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate.4. Updated Income tax payment certificate.5. Updated Audit report last (3) three year with DVC.6. Bank Statements for last one month with minimum balance 80.00 lac7. The Tenderer must submit IRC Certificate.8. Manufacturer's Authorization for all items.9. Manufacture's and supplier must submit ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management Systems. Certificate .10.
