Description : 1. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Veruela, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Fifty-Seven Pesos and Fifteen Centavos (₱ 497, 057.15) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Common Office Supplies (Not Available at Procurement Service-DBM) for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU of Veruela now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Common Office Supplies (Not Available at Procurement Service-DBM) for CY 2025 for essential office use for note-taking, printing, communication, utilizing office technology, document storage, cleaning and hygienic workplace. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed.
