Description : The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Regional Office VIII - Tacloban, through its Regional Bids and Awards Committee (RBAC), invites qualified suppliers to submit their quotations under Small Value Procurement, for the Procurement of Common Office Supplies for the 3rd Quarter of 2026. Attached is the Request for Quotation (RFQ) relative to said procurement.
The quotation must be received by the RBAC Secretariat not later than July 30, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. The opening and evaluation of quotations will be on July 30, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
The RBAC reserves the rights to reject any and all bid/s submitted which is/are not in accordance with the specification and those submitted after the deadline.
All bids which are higher than the ABC shall be automatically disqualified. Evaluation of Quotation shall be on a line-item basis.
